കൊയിലാണ്ടി : സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും പ്രത്യേക സമിതികൾ രൂപീകരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള തൂഫാൻ തദ്ദേശത്തിന് സെപ്റ്റംബർ 28ന് തുടക്കമാവും. പഞ്ചായത്തുകൾ, നഗരസഭകൾ, കോർപ്പറേഷനുകൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്കൊപ്പം റസിഡന്റ്സ് അസോസിയേഷൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രാദേശിക കൂട്ടായ്മകളെയും ഇതിന്റെ ഭാ​ഗമാക്കും.
